pigs in a blanket, of snow

There is art in my yard, slowly disappearing under the white stuff. My flying pig, and the sitting pig made by a friend, in a winter wonderland, courtesy of nasty winds blowing in from Canada.

Oh, stop it you weiner. What's the temperature like there? It's -10C here. That's the high. Down to -20 tonight. And we like it that way.

Nice pigs, by the way.

Canada's number one export: cold and crummy weather (not Crown Royal after all!).

I always blame Canada for unpleasant weather. Well, take heart. At least your snow is actually white. One hour after falling in Chicago, ours turns grey. Or black, with chunks of salt and sand.

I'd like to arrange for a trade. We'll keep our extra snow if you folks keep your pollution. K?
