Gary goes Goth again

Some sort of trend for 007? Probably not, but Abney Park for breakfast again today, another rather fantastic steam punk tune called 'Wrong Side'. I assure you, my nails are NOT painted black.
Oooohhh the dreams....I showed up ready for the first of my four exams but could not find the correct examination room and searched everywhere as the appointed hour approached, BUT the master list showed that my exams were not scheduled to begin until the next day. Which was good, because I had not studied.

Abney Park is steam punk, not goth. :-)

The best mark on a high school exam that I ever had was grade 11 history: the renaissance and the reformation. I almost died when I got to school to write said exam to find out that I mistakenly studied for chemistry! Augh. Not a bad way to sharpen one's focus, though.

I know, but there is a tag at you tube saying 'goth rock'. It is easy to see that a person could do a study of goth sub-culture and the further sub-cultures therein.
Gordo, there was a time when I was a good student. That was some time ago. My mental abilities are slipping....

I was NEVER a good student. Not for any kind of extended period, anyway. I despised school and the "talking head at the front of the class preaching" model of teaching.

I find that as I age, my memory becomes so faulty that I'm constatly making lists. As long as I can find hte lists, I'm OK. :-D

See, gordo, I even had to take a picture of my lists (SEE ABOVE) so I wouldn't forget that I have them. Next time we are all hanging around I would like to tell you my sordid educational history. I havn't finished high school yet. Havn't finished 11th grade yet, to be precise. Yep, I'm a dropout. When I later taught high school I was kinda hoping one day the school would give me an honorary diploma.

And yet, you're a blog-famous potter. It's the story of a man, who rose from adversity to ... playing with dirt. ;-)

I know, I do every day what every kindergartner dreams of doing. So glamorous.

Yep. I envy you greatly. As I'm sure, do many people.

Think of the cucumber seed, grasshopper, and the flowing of the creek. Be one.
