teapots by Sam, yeow!!!!

Here are some 2002 teapots by my student Sam. Holy cats, is it any wonder she is taking my class????? This is gorgeous gorgeous work, and note: frogs and lizards! As I say below, her skills are advanced, just fine tuning this summer.

was that the year when they had Ah Leon, yes, Ah Leon, teaching/in residence?
amazing and weird since Cornell doesn't even have a ceramics department/program to have a man of that calliber (and now you Gary!)
that year he also sold at a local craft show-imagine a booth on the street. Probably different that his gallery stuff-like a bridge line, I imagine. still, crafted by him.
