(sugar and creamer by Gary Rith)
Lindapendent wanted to make sure the creamer and sugar below had cats. They do now!

Cats are indeed the shizz.
However, some bluebirds nested in a birdhouse built just for them, the egg hatched and it was time for the baby to fly. This afternoon I heard a groan of dispair from my DH. He found bluebird feathers in the grass, but no other evidence to be seen. He is now angry at our cat. (She is guilty by breeding, even if she wasn't the culprit.)

I know, they are the tigers of the house and yard aren't they?

Terrible the times I've sat and quietly watched the great 'tiger' creep sloooowly through the grass toward its unsuspecting prey, pause to wiggle forward a bit more, give an anticipatory wiggle and whizz forward, only to find the bird sitting laughing down at him/her from a nice out-of-reach tree limb! Great fun for me and bird, but the frustration for the cat. Boohoo! NOt!!!!

Oh, those are lovely! My cat stays on a harness when outside and it is kinda funny to watch him take off after the rabbits....then he hits the end of the rope!
