Blooger pulled a fast one on me yesterday, and slashed my teapot title picture and such, and then the little tri-color beagle took over.....well, new look here at potsblog.

OK - Opening up Potsblog this morning, I've had a chance to view this again and ...I don't like it. Even though I adore the picture of Penny (it really is a nice photo) I'm with Mary Lee. It lacks warmth. It doesn't have that homey feeling.
I think that's the over-.use of white background, Kate. The whole thing is far too bright. Silly Blooger.
i really like the photo of penny. well, the look is certainly more modern.
Oh, don't get me wrong! I love that sweet-faced Penny. But this is NOT Penny's blog, and yeah, the white space IS pretty overpowering. Is there no way to get back some of the old homey clutter? It was just so comfy and suitable. Besides Mr. Potterblog is a rather nice eyeful himself. HE's sweet-faced, too.
You're probably right, Gordo. It sure is white.
How come they can change it, Gary?
I like it. If you can decrease the left/right margins, that'll clear up the white space issue.
Maurice has just come up with "Gary Potter and the Wheel of Clay". He's now trying to come up with 6 more titles and a legal defense.
Hmmmmmmmmmmmm......a lot to chew over. Blooger, btw, does exactly what it wants, and since this blog is free, I kinda have to go along with it.
Celeste, can me and the missus join you and Maurice for beers this evening?
Oh, boy! it's beginning to look like it oughta again! Wheeee! A little color and lots less white, which has its uses, but not in such large quantities. Thank you, Gary, for the quick response. I know'd you could do it!
::bows:: ::applause::
Maurice and I are off to the boys' Christmas party. You and the missus are welcome to join us there, or just meet us at the pub for drinks beforehand. The rest of youse are welcome, too. ;-)
OK, Celeste, 5:20 or thereabouts.
Much better, but I do still miss the green teapot. {{{*complain complain grumble grumble*...}}} :)
I know, but they cut it!
I love it. Excellent, Gary!
There's something vaguely menacing about a platoon of piggy banks, though. :-D
piggy banks marching ahead....
I, for one, welcome our piggy bank overlords.
cm - LOL
I like it Gary, but I miss the messy homely feel of the old one too. But then, I get very attached to things like the sad sack I am ;)
