Our petite tree, which will be planted when the snow melts, around July 4th (ugh, winter lasts forever, and it hasn't even started). There is a doggy ornament from Kate and Jim hanging on the tree, just on the right, although kinda hard to see, but thanks Kate and Jim!

Now that's what I call a proper little tree! I'll be thinking of it and wishing it a good spot in your garden.
John B. aka OGP.
The tree is really cute! Our cats would have a great time! ;)
That's awesome, Gary! I love the pillar, too.
Neat, neat, neat! I love it. Hope old antique man finds me a column of some sort soon. I'm jealous.
Can't help wondering about this, though. I see a fireplace set in the corner, sooo -- is there a fireplace just to the left on that wall, or is it just happenstance, or something, that it's there? Nosy, nosy. That's me.
ditto what everyone else said
we had a woodstove in New Hampshire and blacksmith friend made a rather beautiful poker set by hand....no fireplace now! we have to have the tree up high because cats love getting into trees and such
When I was a lad we had a budgie that we'd let fly about the house. Well didn't he just LOVE the Christmas tree!.. would get in there.. hoping from branch to branch singing his little heart out! .. good memories
