REGULAR GUY BEER REVIEWS: Dos Equis

(Mister Pottersblog, the regular guy, with Penny the beagle, his new tee, and Buster the black lab stealing his beer)
The regular guy sometimes has beers thrust upon him. I had cat sat for a week and a half next door, and they came back and gave me this rather fine Tee, which has a black lab and a beer and says: "Man's best friends". Amen brother, the neighbors know me.
So, me and the newspaper and the 2 dogs are on the back porch at 5ish, having mown the lawn and finished the work, and the neighbors see me and beer me. I hadn't had a Dos Equis in awhile, so you know I was a happy guy. Nice cold amber lager, foamy fresh and perfect, give it an 8 out of ten big thumbs up, and add some corn chips.

DH looooves Dos Equis!!! Great gift!

FYI, as mentioned at my place:

"MMMMM, home made peanut butter cups? FAB! That would be a great recipe for fall -- particularly October? I would think? Especially, if it's healthy and yummy -- if that is possible with chocolate and peanut butter!

Wonder if they could be decorated (simply) into pumpkin peanutbutter cups? hmmmmm. Keep me posted!"

Looks like a great way to celebrate the end of summer.

Try some Bass Ale.

There's NOTHING like the taste of an ice-cold beer after mowing the lawn. :-)

Oh, You SO need the pico [de gallo] to go with the chips and beer!!!

[Poppin' in to see if there were any "pre-game" tips!]

Totally off topic here... If "Pottery Lottery" isn't the cleverest thing I've read all week, I'll eat my hat!

Who enjoyed that beer more, you or the dog? You did let the dog drink some, right, not just lick the bottle?

I rigged it. The bottle was empty and clean, and I put a little milk around the edge!!!
Thanks all, good luck, and FW, we'll get into the peanut butter cups later, OK?

Nice shirt - and well-rigged picture!
I heartily approve of rewarding yard work with a beer.
