THIS LEAF:

was in my yard today. Here in the north, fall creeps up on you all August, then hits you in the head in September. Mighty pretty, though.

Nice leaf, Gary! Your light box rocks.
Would you share some snow with us down here this winter? The Army never did send us up north, and we lurve us some snow.

The Maple Leaf forever, is our motto above the 49th.

Awe, so beautiful. In Vegas, there is no Fall in town. We have to drive up to the mountains to see leaves change colors and not until mid October. It's been triple digits here and I can't even imagine that Fall is anywhere!

I passed a yard on State Street yesterday littered with Maple leaves. I had did a double take, because I just couldn't believe what I was seeing!

On aside, my husband and I watched The Bank Job the other night. In the first two minutes he said, "I can see why your friend Gary liked this movie. Tell him I approve."

Aside from all the gratuitous boob shots, I thought it was a good movie. I like how in the end it said "names were changed to protect the guilty." Ha! ;-)
