"The thing you like about Obama is that he is exciting. Some people say Joe Biden might be his running mate, a choice I find as interesting as old dishwater. Why do the dems do these things? I suppose there is always the hope that the veep will be the LBJ to the winning Kennedy, but it strikes me that Obama and Biden would be more like Gore and that dinkus from Connecticut in 2000."

I agree... I'm not fond of any of the ones they are bandying about as possibilities for Obama's wingman.
