ARGH! I had successfully blocked those furry leg warmers out of my memory! Man, I hope Roth has a sense of style this time around around ... LOL

The 80's are going to be so hard to explain to my boys when they ask ... LOL

I loved the '80s. Then again, I look good in fuschia.

It is easy to imagine cm in big puffy, well moussed hair.

Lucia, we change direction Tuesday.
Gordo, there are many reasons I am glad I don't have kids--not the least of which is the ....excesses of he 80s.

Thankfully, I was an unfashionable dork in the 80's. (Still am, actually) I don't have too many sins to answer for in that regard.

Well, I was referring to the fashion excesses, such as myself and all that hair pictured at the blog. I never owned FUZZY boots though.

Fess up. I know both of y'all owned fuzzy boots that you wore on Halloween because you wanted to be Roth.

Looking forward to a change in direction...

well, Tuesday's music IS flamboyant 80s, but still....

The higher the hair, the closer to god. I miss pouff.

Flamboyant is OK, but I'm definitely spandexed out. Is it time to ask questions?

Is it spandex?
Is the hair higher than a bread box?
Are there women?
Does anyone have a tail?

I agree that Van Halen did ROCK and greatly influence music we have today...

BUT

The band you have featured here is NOT VAN HALEN! It is a band called ERUPTION (taken from a song by VH) and is a "Cover Band" that Immatates Van Halen in concert.

If you look closely you can see that this is not David Lee Roth or Eddie Van Halen. AND the Logo even tells you it is Eruption.

:)
