There are little search robots out there, that people who like a certain topic key in and get automatic updates every day on posts relating to that subject. Probably some people have something like 'Julia Roberts' or 'Three Stooges', but I have had visitors to the blog before whose keyword is 'tea' or 'coffee' or 'Jane's Addiction' and 'Godsmack'. I was wondering what slapping tea all over the top might do.
So, our old pal BR needed a red mug, then a pair, maybe four, then a BIG teapot to match, but I decided to make one EVEN BIGGER, plus cream and sugar. I think my camera is losing its oomph a little, because the colors on these babies is nicer than it shows here. The nice thing about my strawberry glaze is how it varies pink to red to purple, and it really acts nicely on these grooves. BR needs to do some thinking.
I still, by the way, need to mix new batches of all my glazes, BUT I do have lots of red, purple, yellow, and the celadon. One day soon I need to get down to the basement dungeon and mix the others...but until then, lots of yellow and red pots.
