good lord....

Some people get REALLY sick for a week once every few years. Some people have allergies and get sneezy for days at a time. I catch colds, on average one a month. One day of snot nosed misery, followed by 2 days of sore red nose. That was yesterday, today we move on to the red nose. I missed a good party last night, darn it.

OK, tunes o' the day, how about Mew and 'Snow Brigade', since I already have Rudolf up there.

Carpentry Humor:

Don't kiss your honey
when your nose is runny.
You may think it's funny but
itsnot!

Remember this ditty from our childhood days? I just spent a week in school and my 64-year-old carpentry teacher recited it to us. We've had a bad pollen season in New York City and several of us had suffered.

Thanks for the picture of Rudolph. I've also heard Rudolph's nose is red because he likes to take a nip now and then...in the off-season you know.

You're just what we needed, Emily, thanks!

Try Mentholatum for a red nose. It really helps. Don't know why...but it helps heal the chapped, raw skin pretty good.

I hope you get better soon! Nothing worse than a summer cold....
