Beaver tails!

Canadians are smarter than you think. I just discovered one of their SECRETS: beaver tails, a flat pastry/donut thing. You can make them at home!

Deep fry anything and I'll eat it. I'd never make these at home, but the whiskey pork chop recipe shows promise.

You people have all these little secrets. What's that putain thing? With the potatoes and curds?

Killaloe Sunrise Beaver Tails are the best. Lemon juice. During the winter carnival they park a trailer next to City Hall and one of the other lawyers has about three a day.

Poutine: fries with cheese curd and gravy. Quebec and Ottawa Valley food.

That would be T-O-N-Y I bet, who otherwise looks like a very trim and athletic guy.
I have to say, whisky pork chops, putain, beaver tail pastries: there's a little cholesterol in there.

Gary, Beavertails have a secret: they must be consumed in sub-zero weather so that the bare hand holding it must be warm an dtoasy on one side and approaching frostbitten on the other. It amplifies the satisfaction 100-fold.
