I am, as you know, also a beer writer. There is this whole flap over organic hops and Budweiser, kinda funny. Make an 'organic' beer and fight like heck to put in non-organic ingredients.
YES, Mona and other readers, I DO get free beers in the mail. Everybody wishes they were married to me.
