Wow. Yesterday and today, real letters from potsblog commenters and friends Deborah on the left, Kate and Jim on the right. I have never gotten a Groundhog Day card from Tennessee before. And Kate and Jim drove 3-4 hours up to visit us on a HOT October day and took this picture from the bridge that is over the river behind our house.

They HAVE Groundhog Day cards??? It's really unique and pretty. Has an air of 'Wiccan' about it...
I guess the rodent predicts 6 more weeks of winter, but up here, we would be VERY GLAD to have only 6 more weeks!
