1931

My sister was wandering around the Philadelphia Sketch Club and found a portrait of my great-great grandfather, Franz Leshafft. He was an illustrator and painter. Of course, I am not 71 as he is here, nor do I have the mustache etc, but my goodness I look a lot like him.

Absolutely fascinating, Gary, how much you look like him. At least you know what you'll look like in later years...ha! (That's 'if' you keep your hair!) :)

Whoa very cool. Everybody needs a Svengali-twin in the family tree.

It's really neat now with it being the first post, as it's (almost) next to your toddler shot and you're both sitting in the same manner (although you aren't looking at the viewer like he is - creepy!).

Yes, you do AND you got his artistic talent too!
