my great-great grandfather again

I knew I had a picture of him on here somewhere. Here is my great-great grandfather Franz Lesshafft when he was about my age, that is to say around 41. We could be twins except for the shrubbery on his face. He was a very successful painter in Germany and Pennsylvania, where he taught painting at Bryn Mawr for awhile.

OK, something about that phot says "serial killer." Maybe it's the sepia tones? Let's hope... :)

The eyes! That's where the resemblance is. Uncanny.

I always find people with archy eyebrows, twinkly eyes and quick smiles the most wonderful and interesting people. He really does look like you Gary.

Not sure but my last name is Lesshafft and it's strange to think there could be a possible relation between us.
