The Jam 'The Bitterest Pill'

One thing Generation X can be embarrassed about is some of the excesses of the 80s. Whereas The Jam's 'The Bitterest Pill' is a fine tune, the video may make you roll roll your eyes, just awful 80s visual dreck.
Oooooph, went to sleep upset about a couple of things so I dreamt I had a kite that could make me fly. A bit uplifting, and I am encouraged to go kite shopping.

The quality and form of The Jam video reminds me of Squeeze's video for Black Coffee in Bed.

I loved Squeeze....

Yeah, we loved Squeeze until last year when it seemed like we had played their greatest hits one time too many. Don't feel that way about the B52s, ever.

Kites are great. I've been planning an kite aerial photography project for awhile. I want to take some high-level pics at the cottage. Hopefully, in the spring, if I get the timer circuit working properly.

I am serious, what could be more fun? It is a very march activity, and you should see the windy hillside my parents have.

Very cool. We get loads of wind off the lake, too.

I think I dreamt it because these guys on Cayuga Lake the other day had on skates and an enormous kite, and were whizzing along on the ice....not for me, but still.
