my pathetic attempts at mud abatement and landscaping
I put gravel all over the path to our back door last year, and it migrated all over (Penny models the before, top). So I got more gravel and THESE COOL square cut stones! (Jack models the after, below).
It is so darn gorgeous and warm and beautiful out there, spring is a miracle alright, and I am lucky to work at home where I can spend my lunch hour fiddling with my back walk!

We hope to do something like that off our back deck. The ground is so squishy right now - it's usually late spring early summer before we can walk without sinking! My husband overturned the veggie garden yesterday, and I'll be starting seeds soon. Hooray!
That's great, Gary! We have to figure out something along the feces at the sides of the house. Sharkey wears a dandy path in teh grass along the fences and the grass doesn't stand a chance.
ewww gordo... gravel won't hide that!.. use a bloody baggy and clean it up like everyone else! ;)
Very nice looking gary! Have to do something like that between 'zette's place and her neighbours.. to also help in water runoff from uphill neighbours..
Was supposed to be sunny and 11C here today.. it's cloudy and only 7
Sigh ... Typos suck.
gosh, hot and sunny here boys! I wonder why you people are getting all our crummy weather?????
Whatdamean it's hot and sunny??? It's freaking cloudy and chilly here??? And you're only 3 hrs away! This afternoon has warmed up to 45, but it was in the 30's this a.m.
My poor Emma girl (yellow lab) went to the vets this morning. Don't know if she'll be coming home or not... *sigh*.
