if you fall off your horse, get right back on....

(yellow piggy folly by Gary Rith)
I was telling CM the other day that I had some over thick yellow glaze but used it anyway and it was a terrible disaster for a few pieces, dripping onto the kiln shelves...depressing, and I should have thinned it down before using, and I knew that. Anyway, I also said I was gonna use the yellow again immediately and get it right, and this petite piggy triumph makes a person forget falling off the horse earlier in the week.

Spring! (the season, not a command), and so full of sunshine, it's better than that well known 'host of golden daffodils'.
