Jack

The vet called to say Jack's test came up normal. He is still a sickly dog, so perhaps he has

a tumor. At his age, though, treatment options are limited, therefore, since he remains cheerful and chasing his ball, we shall do nothing but spoil him until he seems very distressed at some later date.

Sounds like THE plan, Gary. There's nothign worse than mystery ailments.

Give him a gentle hug from me next time he's in a hugging mood, Gary. I'd spoil him rotten, too.

jack is one lucky dog because no one could take better care of him than you and mrs. pottersblog.

Ah - Jack! I do believe you and my Miss Emma were born the same year. She's feeling about the same as you.

We just give lots of love, too, Gary. Plus (I think I told you) no dog food, just soft people food.

That Jack is truly the sweetest looking guy. Me'n Miss Bella are in pretty much the same situation. She's failing and too frail to take any major 'fixing', so we just sort of sit and cuddle and purr at each other. Oh, she's also stone deaf, so I have to have her hugged to me closely so's she can feel me purr. Many pats and a scritch or three from us to Jack.
