THURSDAY! Really!

Busy busy busy day, Thursday. More later, OK?

OMD, however it is spelt out, 'If you leave me' for some 80s angst. I liked it the first time around, now this stuff is popular in an ironic hipster way, just like we listened to Frank and Elvis when we was younger.

And finally, 'Modern art obsession', a blog about just that.

I liked the song too, back then. There were quite a few good songs out of that era...

I just love saying Orchestral Maneouvers in the Dark (even if I can't necessarily spell it correctly). Now for a little chair dancing (although I'll have to sing in my head 'cause of the stupid filters).

The 80s were rife with self-absorbed angst-ridden drek like OMD. Ugh.

Yeah, but self-absorbed angst-ridden dreck is easier to dance to than emo.

I suppose, cm. I'll still take ZZ Top or The The over OMD any day.

To me there are two kinds of 80's music:

1) the BEST MUSIC EVER

and 2) the worst dreck on the planet.

That says something about the decade, I guess!

Gary, you've dredged The The out of the dark recesses of my brain. The video for Infected is over at my place.
