Pottery in action: DENIS PIGS OUT!

So, reader and commenter Denis visits potsblog HQ, and Mr Potsblog cooks a feast. YES, you can have a feast at my house too, readers, so come on over!
Denis is special, though, because he is also my oldest friend. We met 24 years ago when we lived in the same suite as college freshmen. Denis was and is a lot more grown up than me, also a lot nicer and more polite than me.
So, first thing he said to me 24 years ago was that he was going to be an anesthesiologist. Denis of course got sick of science and medicine and became a writer and gentleman about town.

fiddle sticks. I hate bloggers commenting facility, it always eats my flaming comment.

Ok, as best I can remember it:

lovely pics Gary, doesn't Denis look like such a nice chap? And why is everyone talking about food today, it's making me hungry! What a gorgeous looking feast - yum! I really like your cooker too, quite different to anything I've seen in Ireland, not massivley different, but enough for me to cock my head to side ala interested kittykat!

Denis is not as nice or polite as I say. It is a very hot day, and whenever I drive him somewhere, he turns on the seat warmer on my side and my behind is roasted.

I think I'm in love.

I'll have you know that 'I' was first today on one of Johns entries! Yes...mememe! (although, I forgot to announce it right away, so I was FIRST and SECOND! HA!)

Your friend Denis looks like an anesthesiologist! Almost like the very one I had when I had surgery on my broken ankle a few years back!

Great pics, Gary! Hummmm! I wonder what you'll be cooking up when we come to visit?

I shall be cooking up boiled squid and spinach cakes for you Kate and Jim!
Snotty, Lou? You shall have to try harder. ;^)
