Greg, my wife had some friends who work in a tiny bank branch near our house, which always has a fresh carafe of hot coffee, free to customers. OMG, you KNOW we had to open a little savings acct. there, so that it is always available--free coffee is better than high interest, oh yeah.
Well, Sanjay, snow happens, esp. up here.

No snow here, but it was -20C when the boys woke us up at 5 this morning ... Whoop! I just checked the forecast: -17 tonight, high of -13 tomorrow AND 15-25cm of snow.

can we agree that our predicted 25 plus inches is more than your predicted 25cm? (oops, mine is bigger than yours-type argument) sounds like the closer to the new York and New England coast, the worse, I think.
I see small gordo children spending time on their sleds...

Ye gods, 25 inches is 63 cms. WAY more than 25cm ... :-)

The boys will have to ditch the flu bug before any sledding can be done. Check today's post.

yeah, I just saw that, get better boys! now they say by Thursday it could be 36 inches. I should have gotten extra peanut butter.

That's a heck of a lot of snow!

I'd be happy if we got a foot... Enought to have a day off of school. But 2 feet- No thanks!

Right now, it's snowing/sleeting. Maybe that'll get us a day off.

We have quite a bit of snow but not as much as east and South-west Ont. Is bloody cold and windy!!
Lots of buses cancelled!

Wise to stock up on PB!
