Sometimes Penny eats road salt (EEEEEEEEEWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWW!!!!!!!! WHY???? road crews put it on the roads when they are icy) and then she has an upset tummy and sore throat (of course!) so I give her some cooking oil and milk to soothe the throat. So, last night she was in distress for awhile but then she finally fell asleep but Jack woke me up at midnight........anyway, dreamt that for some reason we hosted a hockey player who spoke no English but who had defected to the US....

Beagles do have issues with impulse control, don't they? Toby's beagle half had her eating all kinds of stuff that made me cringe. Used coffee grounds were a big thing if she could break into the garbage. Ugh.
Eeeuuuwww. Coffee's bad enough the first time around. Dogs are gross.
aww poor beagley.. hope she is better this morning.! Now she has done this before hasn't she? Not quite on that learning curve eh? ;)

Poor Penny. Poor Jack. I'm going to drive my Emma up to your house. I'm tired of getting up to let her out, and if I don't she goes you know where! I know she's horribly old, but geesh!
