Our old pals Kate and Jim are at Bethel Woods this weekend, and they will have to report back, watching Arlo Guthrie and Richie Havens. Kate, of course, actually went to Woodstock in 69, and reports back that she does not remember who was performing the day she spent there....Bethel Woods is the muddy field of 1969 transformed into a performance pavilion.
ANYWAY, all this talk put me in the mood for CCR and Suzie Q. Although they were at Woodstock, they kept their set out of the record and movie because they thought it was sub-par.
