petite blog meetup: Kingston, Ont

(Mrs Pottersblog and Greg, mr Pottersblog and Gorthos and Gorthos Jr, punishment for posting tacky unicorn art, table full of pots and historical items, Greg's significant other, Suzette, and a pitcher by Mr Pottersblog)
Greg is involved in an historical group and held a demonstration in Kingston Saturday. I provided historic pots. The little toes belong to the ever mysterious CM, who came over from Toronto. Gordo stopped by, but we forgot to get his picture.

How come I never get invited to these things?

because you're poorly behaved

For example, remember, Celeste, when we all met up at Denis's house in June??? I seem to remember flashing red lights and sirens.

But the charges were dropped!

I will say this for Celeste: I once watched her eat a huge plate of greasy, dripping ribs and fries in a white shirt, and despite the mess flying everywhere, her white top remained sparkly clean. Now that is a talent, of a sort.

Wow - you guys are back! Loved the pics, looks like you had fun! It's nice to put a face to a name. Except for the reluctant CM. (Nice toe nail polish, though :)

Glad you got your just dues for those unicorns, Gary! :)

CM is great. She met those guys for the first time, but wouldn't give her real name. She remains mysterious. Her cousin Celeste WAS invited, but she originally claimed she was going to Paris this week. With THE COUNT???

It was a very joyful time there by the ol' stocks and and fencing list. Good laughs and smiles all about. THANKS for the wonderful pottery GR- Used them all dya to keep tje water cool and quench the thirst!

Ya know.. after meeting and talking with CM.. I never noticed her painted toes until the pic! - I guess it was all her shy blushing that distracted... ahem.

Must do this again and next time I'll get you ALL up dancing old english country dances!~ =)

Oh, I think I would prefer stocks to dancing....

Did we ever hear the full story of those 'flashing red lights and sirens'???

well, it looked bad for awhile there, but:
a) nobody got hurt
b) the charges WERE reversed
c) it was lucky that it happened in Vermont. Vermont is more tolerant, you see.
d) as CM says, Celeste makes things a little more interesting

No one asked me to dance.... sniff sniff

Ha ha! I escaped the evil soul-capturing machine again!

Celeste, for the record, I paid $2 to have Gary and Maude locked up. Unicorn crimes cannot go unpunished ... :-D

I am unrepentent

Gorthos, would you care to dance?

Is this one of those minuet (sp?) type things?

See, I was just reenacting a different time and place:

Greg and I likely meet somewhere around a good match of long alley or London skittles.
