purples

(pots by Gary Rith)
Hmm, what to say? I was a petite bit sneezy and wheezy the last two days, as I told Grego, felt like what the cat dragged in and buried (see below!) but the nose is now dry and the soul willing, therefore onward and upward. I was reading about chess champion Garry Kasparov: fueled by espresso. Aha! espresso=genius!

Lovely! I especially like the pitcher. You put the handle in the right place. Drives me nuts when the handle is too high on a pitcher....

Espresso = Yuck but I suppose Chivas for breakfast is a bit much. Or is it?

cm, to be balanced and fair I just had a cup of tea. Chivas for breakfast is only a good idea when you have been up all night, right?
Ellen, I am particular about how handles look, but don't think about it much, I just attach them on auto-pilot.

CM, I keep a shot bottle of 15-year-old Glenfiddich Solera Reserve on my desk in case of emergencies. So far, so good. :-)

I have had TERRIBLE allergies this fall, and find that coffee, tea, and WINE helps a great deal. ;)

Gordo, let's schedule a meeting for 2, shall we?

I'll just have whatever everyone else is having, thanks! Although a single malt scotch will never hear the word 'no' from me.

No meetings, CM. UNless it's at the KBC. They have more than 100 scotches on their bar list. :-)

I bought some cassis the other day and the back of the bottle mentions mixing it with whisky. Sacrilege, perhaps, but I'm rather looking forward to the blasphemy.
