pets!

(Spike the grey tiger, Penny the beagle and Emily the not-very-bright-but-very-sweet kitten in back)
People here know I adore my pets, large and small. This morning Penny here tried to run out the front gate and in front of a dump truck (caught her!), Jack (not pictured) had some kind of seizure overnight, and Spike here has been throwing things off of high perches. FULL MOON indeed.
Sad news though: pottersblog friend Greg's superdog Kelli ran off last night and it is cold...so all our best wishes to Greg and Kelli.

Penny must have been trying to head north to help in the search for Kelli. :-(

Awww, you have very cute pets. Your beagle looks so little. I forget what a size range they can be. Our neighbor when I was growing up had a pretty good sized one, probably at least 25-30 pounds. Penny doesn't look much bigger than the cat.

Thanks! Penny is a 13-inch beagle, he small size, and the cat is BIGGER than she is. Penny is absolutey adorable and full of life. Here she was trying to get the cats to play...

Hey,Zette in K'ton here. Still no Kelli. Of course, Greg is stressed, and I keep sending him out to work the neighbourhood. Everything is closed today, which means that we can't contact even the humane society (SPCA) is unreachable today. We are hoping that somebody has taken her in, and may be out walking her, trying to find us.

Oh no! I hope that Kelli comes back before tonight!! It's cold and snowing wildly here--- not fit for man nor beast. let's hope she found someplace safe and a little warm to hide/rest until she makes her way home...

No word yet this morning, but the vets and humane society are open again today. THanks for the well wishes and thank Penny for the offer to help Gary!

Greg-o just called. Kelli was found just up the hill about 9:30 Friday night. Just as he was walking in the door to find her gone. All is well. The people who found her called the vet, who opened at 9 this morning and called Greg. He's on his way to get her. :-D
