My parents called them a weed and made us pull them out of the hedges, but I loved to go out and look at them every morning. They are a happy flower, aren't they?Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-33052896.post-25417698457973791432008-08-10T17:13:00.000-04:002008-08-10T17:13:00.000-04:00I love morning glories, I harvested a bunch of see...I love morning glories, I harvested a bunch of seeds from last year and planted them early in spring. The vines are doing great but haven't had too many flowers, I think it just is too hot here. I love the deep purple ones too. My grand daughter gets so excited whenever she sees a flower, "look grandma, a glory, a glory!"PEACEhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03408966166176683628noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-33052896.post-33184823800713439472008-08-10T11:27:00.000-04:002008-08-10T11:27:00.000-04:00Wow. They're too pretty to be a weed. For some reason they won't grow for me here in Seattle, but I don't know why.

Enjoy your purple blooms - I bet that looks fabulous against the backdrop of your house.

lovins -
fiwafiwahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04816465372283594972noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-33052896.post-12765266770504363172008-08-10T09:27:00.000-04:002008-08-10T09:27:00.000-04:00We're planting morning glories and clematis at the...We're planting morning glories and clematis at the next house.
